Nature Wellbeing Prescribing

People's mental and physical health and wellbeing can be improved simply by being active outdoors.


During the past 18 months we have seen an increase in people using the great outdoors for exercise, relaxing and just 'being'. We want to encourage this behaviour so that people really reap the benefits of our beautiful country.


Those benefits include include reducing stress and anxiety, improving social interaction, weight management and physical fitness.

We offer the opportunity to everyone to join in our outdoor activities, from a short walk in beautiful surroundings, to joining a community coffee morning to venturing further afield along the canal or mountain biking.

​We will be taking referrals from GPs and primary care services but you can also self refer directly to us.
